If you encounter difficulties with a transaction and cannot resolve the issue directly with the exchange service, you should contact BestChange support. To do this, you need to find the exchange service involved in your issue and leave a review.



How to Find the Exchange Service


On the main page, press CTRL + F and enter the name of the exchange service or specify the currencies involved in your transaction using the left-side panel. After selecting the exchange route, a list of exchange services offering that option will appear—find your exchange service in this list.



How to Leave a Review


  • Click on "Reviews" next to your exchange service.

  • In the newly opened window, click "Add Review" and fill in all required fields.

  • Describe your situation in the "Review" field.

  • In the "Type" field, select "Financial Claim".

  • The transaction number can be found on the exchange service’s website or in the email you used for the transaction.



How BestChange Support Gets Involved


Support will not join the conversation immediately. At first, the exchange service will respond to your review. Your issue may be resolved at this stage, but if not, reply to the exchange service's messages and make sure to check the box "Reopen the claim."


Important:


  • If you do not check this box, BestChange will assume that you resolved the issue with the exchange service on your own, and no further intervention is needed.

  • Do not delete your claim until your issue is fully resolved.
